This transformative, running inspired, 45 minute workout is divided into two training styles, running and strength. Half the class is spent on treadmills where you’ll be running, sprinting and walking. The other half is all about strength and conditioning training using weights and bodyweight exercises to get stronger. Whether it’s hip hop, house or drum and bass, our instructors curate the best tunes to inspire & push you to new PB’s.

With visible gears and metrics such as RPM, watts and distance, you can check in on your performance and even monitor your personal best scores. To ensure a seamless ride, we provide cleats absolutely free of charge. Clipping in helps you produce more power meaning you have a stronger and smoother ride. The workout format has been carefully created to improve your cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and running performance. Half the class is spent on the treadmills & half the class is spent on your fl oor space. You may be sharing your bench or treadmill with a partner & you will swap over at the end of each round.
